Admission Procedure

The Narsingh Dass Public Sr. Sec. School admits boys and girls, from Pre Nursery to XII (All Streams) to availability of seats.
  • While applying for admission, the following documents should be furnished.
  • Original Transfer Certificate for Grade II to X duly countersigned by the competent authorities.
  • Character and conduct certificate.
  • Original birth certificate for LKG, UKG and Grade-I.
  • Copies of Aadhar Cards of Student and his/her parents.
  • Report Card
  • Copy of Birth certificate (Hospital/Municipal Committee/Village Panchayat).
Pupils coming from schools affiliated to other boards will have to sit for an entrance test.
All new admissions to Pre Primary section will be made at the beginning of the session.
Date of birth of the Child in NPDS, once recorded by the parents at the time of admission will not be altered under any circumstance.
  • The admission form should have the following documents attached :
  • School leaving certificate will be issued only after the parent/guardian applies for the same on the prescribed form available in the school. Fee for transfer Certificate is Rs. 50/-
  • A month’s notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a pupil or else the fee for the full month will be charged.
  • No school leaving certificates is given until all sums due to the school have been paid in full
  • All applications for withdrawal should be made to the Principal, through the school office, after clearing all dues to school.
  • The Transfer Certificate can be collected from the office of the Principal after 15 working days from the date of application.
  • The school authorities can expel a student on any of the following grounds with out any notice:-
      a) Constant weakness in studies.
      b) Gross indiscipline/maladjustment in the school.
      c) Irregularity in attendance.
      d) Non payment of fee.

Some Important Points

Van facility is provided for the whole session. Request for seeking or discontinuation of the same in the mid of the session shall not be granted.
Students are not allowed to bring valuable articles and cash to school.
Phone & Visitors
Students are not allowed to receive visitors or phone calls during school hours except in case of emergency. Verbal request to allow children to go home before time will not be accepted.
Offensive Behaviour
Every student is expected to take care of school property. He will have to pay for any damage he does to school property or anything belonging to fellow students.
Code of Conduct
Disobedience or conduct injurious to discipline of the school will be dealt seriously.
Regularity and punctuality are essential. Absence without an application will invite a fine of Rs. 10/- per day.
